Sunday Harvest

FAQ

Questions, answered.

When does my subscription actually start?

Subscription billing begins in Summer 2027. The deposit you pay today only reserves your cooler and your spot. It is not your first subscription charge. We'll email you before your card is ever charged for a box.

Is the $50 deposit refundable?

Yes, fully. If you change your mind at any point before your subscription starts, or decide the program isn't for you, we'll refund your full deposit.

What's in the box?

A mix of seasonal produce from growers around Wilmington first, with trusted regional partners filling in whenever the season calls for it, sized Small or Large based on your household. You can add 6 or 12 fresh eggs a week to any box.

Do I get to pick exactly what's in my box?

Not item-by-item: the box reflects what's actually in season and freshest that week, which is part of what keeps quality high. You do choose your size and your egg add-on.

How does the cooling box work?

You get a smart cooling box at signup, which keeps everything cold for hours. Each week, leave your empty box out and we'll swap it for a fresh, full one. No boxes or bags to deal with.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the greater Wilmington, NC area, including Wrightsville Beach. Enter your zip code when you build your box to check instantly.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, free of charge. Before your subscription starts, canceling gets you a full refund of your deposit. After you're subscribed, you can cancel whenever you'd like, with no cancellation fee.

What if I'm going to be away or want to skip a week?

No worries, we spread the love. You can donate that week's box to a local food shelter, billed as normal. Just head to your account portal and click "Donate This Week's Box" (placeholder: link goes live once the account portal launches).

Where do the eggs and produce come from?

We work directly with small farms around Wilmington first, filling in with trusted regional partners whenever the season calls for it. [PLACEHOLDER: Nic, list your actual partner farms here once confirmed, e.g. "Farm Name (Wilmington, NC), Farm Name (Hampstead, NC)"].
