Terms & Refund Policy

1. The Cooler Deposit

At signup, you will be charged a one-time, fully refundable deposit of $50 to reserve a reusable cooler and your place in the Sunday Harvest program. This deposit is not a subscription payment and does not obligate you to continue past that point. You may request a full refund of your deposit at any time before your subscription billing begins by contacting us.

Once your subscription is active, you’ll receive a smart cooling box with your first delivery. If that cooler is misplaced, damaged, or not returned, your deposit is subject to a $50 fee instead of being refunded.

2. Subscription Billing

Your subscription will not begin billing until the program launches, currently expected Summer 2027. We will notify you by email in advance of your first subscription charge. After billing begins, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Deposits are refundable as described in Section 1; subscription payments already processed for a delivered box are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

4. Delivery

Sunday Harvest currently plans to deliver within the greater Wilmington, NC area. Delivery zones, days, and windows are subject to change before launch and will be confirmed with all reserved customers in advance.

5. Food Safety

All eggs and produce are sourced, handled, and delivered in accordance with applicable North Carolina food safety regulations, including refrigeration requirements for eggs.

7. Allergy & Dietary Preferences

You may tell us about produce you’d prefer we exclude, and about any allergies we should be aware of. We take reasonable steps to honor what you tell us, but our sourcing and packing process is not a certified allergen-free facility, and we cannot guarantee a box is completely free of any particular allergen due to the nature of fresh produce and shared handling and storage. You’re responsible for telling us about any allergy that matters to you, keeping that information current in your account, and making your own final check of what’s in your box before eating it, especially for a severe or life-threatening allergy.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to reserve a box or subscribe.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll notify active subscribers by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Sunday Harvest after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
